Keith Elkin was appointed head of the sales team at Oceansblue in March
2002, having previously been employed at Macro 4 plc as Northern European
General Manager.
Keith
moved into this role through the acquisition of Image System Integrators
(ISI) by
Macro 4 PLC.
In 2005, Keith transitioned his expertise into the Healthcare sector, becoming part-owner and CEO of HMT Systems. HMT pioneered the use of e-rostering solutions in the NHS, and became the leading provider by 2007.
In December 2009, HMT was purchased by SMART Human Logistics, and after transitional assistance taking on the role of PS Director, Keith left SMART to refocus on core NHS issues at Oceansblue.
Outside of work,
Keith's interests include skiing, exploring the Devon coast on his Dartmouth-based powerboat and motor racing (just watching).

Previously Technical Director of Image System Integrators Ltd and Professional
Services Manager for Macro4 plc, Greg has over almost 25 years experience
within the IT industry, focused primarily on the integration and delivery of
leading
edge solutions and in research and development.
In June 2006, Greg became IT Director at HMT Systems and using agile development technques and tools, led the development of next generation e-rostering for the NHS.
Greg took on the role of Development Director at SMART PLC in December 2009, to continue his interest in finding new ways for NHS to operate with greater efficiency.
As a member of their executive
council, Greg contributes regularly to the UK II OLAP Forum, and to other professional
analytics bodies.
Greg's interests include human interface design, chaos theory, playing his new Fender Telecaster electric guitar and cooking. He finds the latter most relaxing, especially if ameliorated with a large glass of red wine.
