Oceans Blue Project Managers are PRINCE 2 trained and provide firm project control for project team members, often extending this to provide overall project control on behalf of our customers. More typically however, they operate in partnership with a customer-appointed counterpart.

PRINCE 2 is a structured method providing organisations with a standard approach to the management of projects. The method embodies proven and established best-practice in project management. It is widely recognised and understood, and so provides a common language for all participants in the project.

Oceans Blue utilise a business-focused subset of the PRINCE 2 methodology, focused around the controlled delivery of projects within the business intelligence marketplace.
